Donni Clothes Shipping and Return Policy

Donni uses USPS Priority Mail to ship their orders. Customers can select their shipping method themselves, based on speed and cost.

Due to COVID-19, fast shipping is unavailable right now. Normally, orders take 3 to 5 business days to be shipped, but as of right now, Donni only ships out orders once a week, in the exact order that they are received.

If the products you ordered are out of stock, you will be notified within 48 hours of their unavailability and you will be given an expected date of their availability. If your order also has items that are available, they will be shipped first.

Donni charges a flat rate of $24 for international shipping anywhere in the world. Any additional charges incurred on your package by your country’s customs will not be handled by Donni.

Lost packages are not resent. Donni recommends contacting courier and postal services for more information.

For returns, all returns must be filed within 21 days of receiving the parcel. If it’s been more than 21 days, the refund will be in store credit. Refunds take approximately 14 business days to be processed, so keep that in mind.

Also, Donni is not responsible for covering the cost of the return shipment.

To be liable for a return, products must be unused, unwashed, and have the original tag attached. Any products bought from the “Sale” section on Donni’s website cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom items cannot be returned either.
